Observations

Lila’s birthday was a smashing success. “I had a fabulous birthday,” she sighed as I tucked her into bed. For one thing, it was St. Patrick’s Day, as always.  For another, it was a drop-dead gorgeous sunny day:

Also, we went to Lila’s favorite Mexican joint for soft tacos, where she demonstrated her imitation of a T. Rex:

And Stella responded with her zombie schtick:

Which was followed, naturally, by ice cream at Herrell’s. Lila was entitled to a free “medium” (enormous) sundae, which she insisted on getting, then ate a third of it. Stella needed a (not free) medium sundae as well, and she ate an eighth of that.

Anyway, all good.
